We provide complete logistics solutions including: Sea Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Bonded & Non-Bonded Warehousing Global Supply Chain Solutions We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and develop our sales team while driving business growth and achieving commercial targets. Job Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members. Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve performance and sales skills. Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. Build a high-performance sales culture focused on growth and customer success. Business Development Develop sales strategies to increase Freight In market share. Identify new business opportunities with: Importers & Exporters Manufacturers Trading Companies Industrial Companies Global customers Support the team in acquiring new customers and closing strategic deals. Manage key accounts and ensure strong customer relationships. Sales Operations & Performance Management Monitor sales activities through CRM and Freight In systems. Track KPIs including: Revenue Achievement New Customer Acquisition Sales Conversion Rate Customer Retention Sales Pipeline Growth Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Market Development Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Identify opportunities in new industries and trade lanes. Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or B2B sales. Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of: International freight forwarding Sea & air freight solutions Import/export processes Logistics services Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to motivate and develop team members. Good command of English language. Preferred Qualifications Existing customer network within logistics, manufacturing, and trading sectors. Experience using CRM and sales performance management tools. Experience selling technology-based logistics solutions. Strong understanding of Egypt’s ports, shipping lines, and international trade routes.
