Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations Leadership Develop and execute the company's operational strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and oversee all freight forwarding and logistics operations across sea, air, inland transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing. Build scalable operational processes to support regional and international expansion. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Drive automation and digital transformation using the Freight In platform. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. Performance & KPI Management Define and monitor operational KPIs, including: On-Time Delivery Shipment Accuracy Customer Satisfaction Cost Optimization Productivity Claims Resolution Service Quality Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions. Present regular performance reports to executive management. Customer & Partner Management Build and maintain strategic relationships with: Shipping Lines Airlines Customs Brokers Trucking Companies Warehousing Partners Overseas Agents Support strategic customer accounts by ensuring exceptional operational service. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop customized logistics solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Product teams.
