Our integrated solutions include: Sea Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Bonded & Non-Bonded Warehousing Global Supply Chain Solutions Digital Freight Management Platform We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, manage sales performance, develop key accounts, and drive business growth across local and international markets. Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. Define sales targets, KPIs, and action plans for the sales department. Identify new market opportunities and expand Freight In customer base. Develop strategies to increase market share across logistics and supply chain sectors. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Team Leadership & Management Lead, manage, and develop the sales team including Sales Executives and Sales Team Leaders. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance. Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. Build a results-driven sales culture focused on customer acquisition and retention. Recruit, train, and develop sales talent when required. Business Development & Key Accounts Build strategic relationships with: Importers Exporters Manufacturers Trading Companies Industrial Zones Multinational Companies Manage key accounts and develop long-term partnerships. Support negotiation of major contracts and commercial agreements. Identify opportunities for cross-selling Freight In services. Sales Performance Management Monitor sales KPIs including: Revenue Growth New Customer Acquisition Conversion Rate Sales Pipeline Value Customer Retention Gross Profit Contribution Analyze market performance and prepare sales forecasts. Use CRM and Freight In systems to track opportunities and improve efficiency. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management. Cross-Department Collaboration Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Provide market feedback to improve Freight In services and solutions. Support product development by understanding customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or B2B sales. 3+ years of experience managing sales teams. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of: International freight forwarding Sea & air freight solutions Import/export procedures Incoterms Supply chain solutions Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good command of English language. Preferred Qualifications Existing network with major importers, exporters, factories, and trading companies. Experience in selling logistics technology solutions. Experience managing CRM-based sales operations. Knowledge of Egypt ports, global trade lanes, and shipping markets. Ability to build and scale a sales organization.
