This page explains how Freight In users can request deletion of their account and associated data through our platform.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion directly through the Freight In website by following these steps:

  1. 1Sign in to your Freight In account at freightin.net.
  2. 2Go to Profile › Delete Account.
  3. 3Submit your deletion request and our team will process it within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Profile information
  • Shipment history
  • Requests and invoices

Retention Period

30days to process

All account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to fulfil outstanding legal or financial obligations, even after the deletion request is submitted.
