Learn and support daily shipping and freight forwarding operations. Assist in handling import and export shipments. Communicate with shipping lines, agents, customers, and internal teams. Support preparation of shipping documents: Bill of Lading (B/L) Commercial Invoice Packing List Certificate of Origin Shipping Instructions Follow up shipment status from booking until delivery. Assist operations team in updating shipment data on Freight In platform. Learn freight quotation processes and shipping rates. Support coordination with customs clearance and transportation teams. Maintain accurate shipment records and reports. Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipment progress.
