Our integrated logistics solutions include: Sea Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Bonded & Non-Bonded Warehousing Global Supply Chain Solutions Digital Freight Management Platform As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead our end-to-end logistics operations, drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure exceptional customer service across all business functions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations Leadership Develop and execute the company's operational strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and oversee all freight forwarding and logistics operations across sea, air, inland transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing. Build scalable operational processes to support regional and international expansion. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments. Team Leadership Lead and manage the Operations organization, including: Senior Operations Managers Operations Managers Team Leaders Operations Executives Shipping Coordinators Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence. Operational Excellence Design, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Drive automation and digital transformation using the Freight In platform. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. Performance & KPI Management Define and monitor operational KPIs, including: On-Time Delivery Shipment Accuracy Customer Satisfaction Cost Optimization Productivity Claims Resolution Service Quality Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions. Present regular performance reports to executive management. Customer & Partner Management Build and maintain strategic relationships with: Shipping Lines Airlines Customs Brokers Trucking Companies Warehousing Partners Overseas Agents Support strategic customer accounts by ensuring exceptional operational service. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop customized logistics solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Product teams. Support the launch of new logistics services, trade lanes, and digital capabilities. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations. 5+ years in senior operations leadership, managing multiple teams or business units. Deep knowledge of: Ocean Freight Air Freight Inland Transportation Customs Clearance Warehousing Import & Export Documentation Incoterms International Trade Compliance Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with logistics technology, ERP/TMS/WMS platforms, and operational reporting. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications Experience leading operations across multiple branches or countries. Strong network within the logistics and shipping industry. Proven success in driving operational transformation and continuous improvement. Experience in digital logistics platforms or freight technology companies.
